We recommend 9-12 months before your wedding day. If your wedding date is sooner or you have decided to get married spontaneously, we also have dresses you can try on and take home with you on the same day.
To be fully prepared for the big day, most brides order their dress 6-8 months in advance. This gives enough time to customize your dress and plan comfortably for 2 fittings so that you look and feel heavenly in your dream dress.

We believe that finding and purchasing your dream dress is a personal and unforgettable experience that requires the expert advice of our stylists in one of our boutiques. For this reason we do not offer to date an online shopping experience. We do offer virtual consultations from your own home, which can help you to define your preferences before coming into the store.

MY FIRST APPOINTMENT
An appointment will ensure you receive personalized expert advice from the store stylists and will make finding your dream dress a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Please book your appointment online through our website.
After requesting an appointment at one of our authorized dealers, a stylist will contact you to confirm day and time of your appointment via telephone or email and also to get a clearer idea of what you are looking for. Usually the bridal stylists will have a pre-selection of styles ready for you to try on.
The duration of in-store appointments depends on the day and agenda of the authorized dealer. Usually you will have either 1.5 or 2 hours. When confirming your appointment, the stylists will also confirm this information.
We kindly ask you to let the store team know in advance if you would like to change or cancel your appointment. Please directly contact the store as soon as your plans have changed.
Some of our authorized dealers offer fitting customizations in store. Once you select your dream dress it can be adjusted by seamstress in store in case the dealer offers this service.
We recommend booking a virtual consultation in order to select your favorites before you come to the store. On average brides try 5 or 6 dresses. There is no maximum number of dresses you can try on. Your expert stylist will do everything she can to help you find the dress of your dreams.
As White One gowns are made-to-measure, you will try on sample dresses during your in-store appointment. Your bridal stylist will adjust the dress to give you a good idea if it suits your body type. Once you have made a decision, your measurements are taken so that your dress is made just for you, and will fit perfectly.
All of our dresses are custom fitted and available from European size 30 to 58 / US size 0 to 28.
Customization or personalization is possible with selected White One styles. Your expert stylist can advise and recommend what customizations can be made to which gown. The most popular type of customizations includes adapting the train length, variations in the shape and/or depth of the neckline, sleeve lengths, making the dress sleeveless, or choosing a different color.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Some of our dealers offer convenient methods to pay or finance your dress. Please check this option with the store.
Accessories and dresses from Special Occasion, including any alteration costs, must be paid in full on the day of purchase.

dress is perfect and it meets the exact measurements required.
ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR DRESS
One you order your dress, please discuss with the store what type of alterations and adjustments could be done to the gown.

If you are flying, make sure your wedding gown adheres to your airline's carry-on requirements. Check ahead with the airline that you will sufficiently space to store the dress.

AFTER YOUR WEDDING
All our dresses include an inner label with dry cleaning instructions. Please follow these carefully. For each item there is a care and conservation recommendation, that you can find on the composition label included in the dress or the accessory. As they are garments made with delicate fabrics and finishes, we recommend you use a specialist cleaner.
